Still Waiting

It is already twilight. Everyone is probably home by that time. As you can see in the painting, only the operator and two people are inside the streetcar, but nobody is at the waiting area. On some level, this painting seem to emit a feel of somnolence, but the operator does not seem to mind. The beauty of the sky and the luscious trees appears to make sufficient company.
